Nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, Albergo Cavallino in Sappada is sheer paradise. During our family vacation here, we experienced the perfect blend of tradition and modernity. One highlight was the bike hire available at the accommodation, allowing us to explore the breathtaking surroundings with ease. Run by Carla and Mauricio, the hotel exudes warmth and genuine hospitality. Carla's homemade Italian pastries and Mauricio's helpful nature made us feel like part of their family. The atmosphere they create is unparalleled.The recently renovated hotel boasts stunning craftsmanship and design, a true inspiration for me as an art historian. The perfect mix of old-world charm and contemporary comforts made our stay unforgettable.With plans to return, we're eager to explore the summer walking trails and indulge in more of Carla's delectable treats. Albergo Cavallino has truly earned a 10 out of 10 in our hearts, and we can't wait to be back soon.
